I use various boots in my time, and I must say Chelsea boots are first class boots comfortable durable stylish

The boot looked lovely. but had a fit issue for me where my heel had too much movement. That is the fault of my thin feet and not the fault of the boots. they were so nice I wish they had worked for me.

Good quality, everything I was looking for, and easy to put on every morning.

Comfortable from the moment I put them on. My go-to is the midtown rambler from Ariat but needed a little more traction and EH rating. These are perfect for my application. Everything Ariat I own is top notch, highly recommend. I wear a 9 in Nikes, Ariat is an 8 for me.

I used the text communication I got from Aroat to find these boots. I bought them and have been wearing them everywhere, not just work. They are super comfortable!

This is my favorite style of boot, but also Ariat's quality is great. My last pair lasted just about two years before they got to a point where I need some new ones. They aren't falling apart either, just the insole has become worn and the treads aren't as sharp anymore.

I work in refrigeration, I have gone through previous boots within about 2 months, a coworker said to try ariat, so I did, I chose Chelsea boot, so I could have water proofing and never have to worry about tying laces again, company requires steel toe so I also bought that. I bought these boots almost a year ago, and they are just as comfortable, still in great shape, everything I have always wanted in a boot I found here, I do wish I ordered wide, but for my foot its so close it’s no big deal, I will continue to only buy ariat boots from now on, even compared to a higher end work boot I have bought in the past, this boot outperforms that boot in every way and is almost half the price.

Very good for roof work, they have great grip and have made climbing roofs easier

These boots are absolutely amazing and don’t deteriorate over time like many other boots I’ve used being a diesel technician

First time buyer, very satisfied, didn't take long to break them in, comfortable. The best thing is there are no laces will buy these boots again.

I work in Florida in the Landscape industry and these are my everyday boots. I literally wear them 5 days a week. I have come to realize almost all work boots if its your sole pair last right around the 1 year mark then its time to get new ones. These are comfortable from day one and I highly recommend them. Love the slip on so you don't have to deal with laces. Usually what fails on these are the separation from boot to sole. I will be purchasing my 3rd pair. Love these boots.

I have been in the construction field for the greater part of 10 years now and I had yet to buy myself a pair of high quality boots. I took a chance with these and wow! Typically boots are uncomfortable but these are fantastic I’ve had them for 4 months now and they haven’t lost any elasticity in the bands, they slip on easy but still have incredible ankle support.

These boots are too nice! They are comfortable and fit perfectly. I love the style and look of these boots definitely recommend them.

I’ve been wearing the square toe equivalent for several years and decided to try the round toe to help me when I’m climbing or it tight spaces at work. While I find the fit finish and comfort to be the same, this is absolutely not as wide as the square toe which I’ll be returning to. Admittedly this problem is on me but my expectation was that the same style boot in the same size would fit closely to it’s square toe counterpart which it does not. More of a fyi if you’re swapping like I did.

I’m new at construction and I honestly didn’t know much about Steel Toe Boots. I did a lot of research and let me tell u. It has been the best boots my foot have step in.

I had high hopes for these boots but after 8 months of work around the farm they are going in the garbage and my feet couldn't be happier. When I purchased the quality felt nice. Wasn't 100% sure about comfort but decided to start wearing and breaking them in anyway. Overall they were the most secure Chelsea style boot I've ever worn, no heel slipping, etc. However after a few weeks they didn't get much better across the ball of my foot and were rubbing my toes in an awkward way. I just chalked it up to break in. I should have ditched them then. I continued to wear until I started getting numbness in my left foot. By that time the leather looked like it had been rode hard and put up wet and the soles had chunks missing out of them from working on dirt and gravel. For the price point and brand reputation I'm very disappointed. Won't be recommending or purchasing Ariat again.

I recommend getting a good boot oil and try wiping off as much dirt and soil off it .

They seemed tight at first. But after walking in them they really started to fit. Also not heavy for being a steel toe.

These are extremely comfortable, and also provide excellent protection. I forget that I have them on!

I bought these exact boots a year and half ago. The completely fell apart around the one year mark. I contacted the company multilpe times about it and never recieved a response. The boot itself is great. Very comfortable, no breaking in needed. I highly recommend them. I just hope you don't have a problem and need something addressed because they don't ever contact you back.

I purchased these for my Grandson-in-law as a Birthday gift. He was looking for a good work boot without laces. His work keeps him outside so he needed the waterproof and steel toe. I asked him how he like them and he loves them. Perfect fit.

Been rocking them for about a year and a few months. Of course read the comments and got the wider size, didn’t want to take the chance. That is a preference of your choosing. No regrets. Plan on buying another pair.

These are the most comfortable work boots I have ever owned. You definitely get what you pay for!

I was hesitant about this purchase due to the issues I’ve had with steel toe boots in the past. I took them out of the box and put them on and left for work with a backup pair of shoes. I am on my feet and constantly walking and never had a more comfortable shift. Great boots.

I have been an ariat guy dating back some 20+ years and was excited when they brought back this style in a steel toe, last pair they offered in steel toe was the warthog and I think I bought my last 2 pair off ebay because they stopped selling them in the stores. I have owned and still own spot hogs and have 3 pair I keep on rotation in my closet, one of them has been resoled at least 3 times by ariat. Needless to say I keep my boots oiled on the regular and taken care of. But this pair has been somewhat of a disappointment to me and it all revolves around the elastic type black part on the side. This wore out very quickly in my opinion, now I wear them daily for work during the week so they do get some use and I have been in them for over a year now but they wore slap wore out 6+ months ago and I just keep wearing them trying to get my usage out of them. Would I buy them again, yes because I love this style boot and its my only steel toe option that I like, also hoping that they have discovered this issue and fixed it.

These are the least comfortable boots I've owned. I should have returned them because I thought they would break in, but too late now. Run vary narrow (I have the same size in other Ariat boots that are great. I would not recommend these ones.

Good width, flexible but sturdy, look great... Just obviously don't work with short socks and boot socks are too much.

So far so good... No break in period and very comfortable... The color is darker than in the pic and they run a little narrow. I usually wear a D, but had to go with a EE. Other than that I love the boots.

I bought these in width D because I have narrow feet. After wearing them for less than a month to break them in, both toes rub against the side of the boot and is very painful. Tried calling to exchange for the wide pair and was told the boots had to be unworn.

recommend going with extra wide, medium is very tight

I was in the market to replace an old pair of Tony Lama TW1019 lined pull-up work boots which I liked and are still working strong with a pair of pull-up work boots with steel toe that are not full length. This led me to Ariat Gorundbreaker Chelsea boots. So after careful consideration through reviews and constant internet searching to gather as much feedback as I could I decided to pull the trigger and buy a pair. So in come the boots and I immediately apply a layer of Obenauf's LP as I do for any boot. The boots upon initial inspection looked flawless and all stitching and construction appeared to be great as one would expect for an over $100 pair of boots. Now with any work boot those of you who have worn them for years know regardless of the brand, you have to break them in by bedding the heels from about 3-5 weeks of wear to seat them. I am here to say these did not require that, or at least for me like my Tony Lama's did. I was pleasantly surprised and I even wore a thinner sock with great fit as well as a boot sock that was thicker which worked great too. Let me add a caveat to this review.....this is a early on review and to durability and long term wear I cannot comment on yet but will plan to do so once I get about a year on them. But I will say this to date, very comfortable; well made; no need for break in of the heel and the style of these very well done. Now if you proof your boots like myself, Obenauf's will make them darker in color so be aware if you use the same product and want the lighter shade of color.

I have had these boots for one year now, and have probably worn them at least 5 days per week since. These are the comfiest, most durable, versatile boot that I have ever owned. If I new these were ever discontinuing I would literally buy three pairs.
