Beware when ordering the Heritage Western Boots in distressed brown. The color is way darker than what is pictured and they run slightly big once tou get passed the ankle part. My shipment was delayed & the reasons given were bogus. Definitely not worth the price for such disappointments.

First of all, if you need these in a pinch, or order a pair just to see what they fit like, you’ll wait forever. Awful customers service, and that doesn’t even account for the fit of these boots. Ordered a 9.5 wide, this is on a bigger size of any boot I’d ever purchased. There is not a single wide thing about these boots. I’d love to know how the foot of the boot actually fits, but considering you can’t even get your ankle past the ankle of the boot, you’ll never know. Looking at the ankle, it’s very clear they make no changes to it regardless of if the boot is wide or not. Extremely disappointed.

This is the second pair of Heritage I own. This boot is a sharp looking and comfortable boot to wear. Highly recommend any Ariat Boot.

This boot is so comfortable that I wear it instead of sneakers. I am an attorney and now only wear suits to hearings or client interviews. Since Covid hit, we all have been meeting remotely. Thus, we all started wearing sweats and running shoes… everywhere. But I realized that I felt
Frumpy, so I bought these boots to replace sneakers. I now wear these with leggings, jeans, skirts, shorts, etc. they give my same outfits a “I tried to dress like an adult with a job today” vibe. Love these!

My wife loves these boots. At first they fit a little tight on her feet but they quickly streched and formed to her liking. These are one of her go to pairs to wear on a regular basis. Her other pairs are Ariat brand also so the brand is a good fit for her. The color of the boots is exactly what she was looking for in a red. She has had a boots for a couple months and, while wearing them on a daily basis, she has yet to complain about any discomfort with them.

These are nice, but definitely a tight fit in terms of foot width. I also felt that the color was much darker in person than in the photos.

The heritage boot is so comfortable it’s not tight, And gives plenty of wiggle room for your toes.

they DO run small. I had to size up a full foot size from an 8 to a 9! comfiest boots and so cute! wear them almost everyday with dresses, jeans, or skirts!

I bought these for my sister for Christmas, she said they are a little tight at the ankles. I told her to put the soup cans in like the lady said in her review, hopefully that will take care of it.

I had to get on a waitlist to purchase these and they were worth the wait.

These boots really looked great. But, I have wide feet (and wider everything else, for that matter. Although I ordered the wide, I could not get my foot in past the rather narrow ankle. So I want to compliment Ariat on their terrific customer service. Return was simple, and the rep suggested a different style that ended up working well. If you're not worried about the narrow ankle, this looks like a great boot.

I have had these boots for a month, and couldn’t be happier! They fit perfectly, and are extremely comfortable. They are my new daily go-to. I can walk around in them all day, and then dress them up for a night out. Highly recommend.

I ordered these boots for my birthday and I love them. Wore them all day yesterday and they felt great!!

I bought them for a rodeo and they are a little tight around the ankle, but once they are stretched out, they fit fine.
