Quick Help

We will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).

 
  1. You will need to download our merchandise return form.

  2. Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package. Your online order should have also included a pre-printed return label for you to use.

  3.  Print out our UPS return label using the button below. Unless you are returning footwear, an $8.99 charge will be deducted from your refund.

  5.  Drop off your package at your local UPS office.

  6. Drop your package off at the nearest carrier pick-up location

If there is a Cavender's retail store near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund. You must take a printed copy of your order to the store along with your merchandise. Click here to view your order history.

Orders and Shipping

To place an order, click Add to Cart after selecting any product. The items in your cart may be accessed any time by clicking the Shopping Cart link in the site header. You may create an account at checkout or checkout as a guest instead.

All orders placed on Cavenders.com are shipped via a variety of carriers.

  • If you have an account with Cavenders.com (My Cavender's) and are logged in, Ground Shipping is FREE for all orders. Please Note: large size items may be excluded and require an additional surcharge. Don't have an account? Create your My Cavender's Account here.
  • If you do not have a Cavenders.com account or are not logged in at checkout, Ground Shipping is FREE for orders over $75.00.
  • Ground Shipping and returns are FREE for boots purchases (applies to original order and first return only).
  • Shipping and Handling Rates are based on the amount purchased. The rates can be found in the chart here.
