| 1. Entry:

The Cavenders.com Tony Lama boot giveaway will run from November 5, 2007 through November 30, 2007. To enter,
submit your name, e-mail address, valid street address, city, state, zip code, area code
and phone number in the
entry fields provided.
All entries must be received on or before 12:00 pm CST on Friday of each
week, to be included in the drawing for the week. Limit one entry per
person per day. Only entries with valid name, e-mail address, street address
(no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code will be accepted. No
purchase necessary to win. This is a Cavenders.com promotion only, not
available at any store location.

| 2. Winner Selection:
|
The winners will be selected weekly and their names will be posted online.
Drawings begin Friday, November 9, 2007 and run through Friday, November 30, 2007. The randomly
drawn winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Winners must respond to
notification e-mail in order to receive their prize. In the event that the winner
does not respond within five days of notification email, a new winner will be
selected until December 5, 2007.

| 3. Prize:
|
One pair of Tony Lama® TLX™ Men's Stockman Boots(Bark Shoulder & Chocolate) will be awarded weekly. Winner must
select from the boot sizes available on Cavenders.com; other sizes cannot be provided.
Prize has no equivalent cash value and substitution of another product or brand is not permitted.

| 4. Eligibility:
|
This contest is open to residents of the contiguous 48 states plus Alaska
and Hawaii who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Cavenders.com, Cavender's Boot City, vendors of Cavender's Boot
City, Westar Advertising and their families are ineligible.

By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these rules.

|
The name, city, and state of the prize winners will be posted on
the Cavenders.com website.
