No. At this time we do not support international orders.

What happens when I submit my order?
When your order is received, we will send you an E-mail confirmation. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. We'll notify you by E-mail when your order ships and if any items are sold out or on back order.

Can I return or exchange items ordered over the web?

How long will it take to receive my order?
At Cavender's, we begin the fulfillment process immediately. Your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours, but may take longer due to inventory fluctuations.
Overnight orders placed after 11:00am CST are processed the following day. All orders placed after 11:00am CST Friday are processed the next business day; Monday.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.
Cavenders.com recognizes the following Holidays:Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

How are orders shipped?
We currently ship most orders via UPS. Orders placed with PO, APO, and FPO addresses are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). For USPS shipments, please allow 6-10 federal working days for your order to ship.

Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. The E-mail confirmation that we send to you contains a link that will allow you to check the status of your order on-line. A tracking number will be provided for your use. You may also click here to view your order history.

Can I change my order after it's submitted?
We can change the shipping method, reduce item quantities, or cancel items on your order if it has not been shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot increase quantities of an item or add additional items to an order. In that case, simply place an additional order. What are the different types of toe shapes available in boots?
There are as many different names for the various types of toe shapes as there is for the boot vendors which name them. However, these are the most commonly known in the industry. 1) U-Toe, The preferred toe type in West Texas. A U shaped toe, very round and broad in appearance; 2) R-Toe, The most commonly offered and chosen in western boots with medium round toe; 3) J-Toe, Sharper toe in appearance versus the R-toe with a rounded tip; 4) X-Toe, A very sharp pointed toe often referred to as the roach killers; 5) Roper Toe, This toe is a little rounder in appearance than that of the R-toe, but is the toe on all Roper style boots. 6) Chip Toe, the toe often chosen by the true working cowboy. A very blunt and squared off toe.

How do I ensure I order the right size of belt?
Belts are made in even sizes, such 32", 34", 36" and so on. You should always go up one size in a belt versus the waist size of your pants. If you wore a size 32" waisted jean, you would need to order a 34" belt.

Do you have a printed product catalog?
No, our website is our catalog. Because it's dynamic, it allows us to add products more quickly, ensuring you the largest possible selection.

Can I use my Cavender's Gift Card to make purchases over the Web?
Yes, you may redeem the Cavender's Classic Gift Card purchased from a Cavender's Boot City store as long as it has a 4-digit PIN code on the back of the card (underneath the scratch-off area). Gift cards without the PIN number are still valid at any Cavender's Boot City store but cannot be used for online purchases. However, customers may exchange pin-less Cavender's Gift Cards for a card with a 4-digit PIN at any Cavender's store.
